Our Festival Judge Philip Wray and his Jury had a tough time this year choosing who to nominate for awards but through careful deliberations we have now come up with the list of the best of the best! As an added bonus we wanted to make sure that everyone knew that the films chosen for our Special Screening (Saturday, February 20th) included the Top 3 films as chosen by our staff members and not the Festival Judge and Jury.
